Reporting4Act! maintains information about your reports, users, user groups, and so on in its own data files. There are two locations for these files (although both locations can be in the same folder): the Data subdirectory of the program folder and the directory for reports files.

To backup all of Reporting4Act!'s data files, you should back up both of these locations, including their subdirectories.
